A few days ago, the domestic power battery company Guoxuan Hi-Tech announced that the ternary semi-solid battery has been installed in the vehicle. The battery pack capacity can reach 160KWh and the energy density is 260Wh/kg.

Other semi-solid batteries with higher energy density are also on the way. Zhang Hongli, vice president of Guoxuan High-Tech Industrial Research Institute, said that the 360Wh/kg ternary semi-solid battery developed by the company will be mass-produced this year. Yuan semi-solid batteries currently have prototype samples in the company's laboratory.

In addition, the first-generation ternary lithium batteries and lithium iron phosphate standard batteries jointly developed by Guoxuan Hi-Tech and Volkswagen Group have achieved double mass production and are currently working with the Volkswagen German team to develop standard batteries for Europe.

According to Guoxuan Hi-Tech, the energy density of mass-produced ternary batteries is 635Wh/L, and the energy density of iron-lithium batteries is 435Wh/L.

On April 29, Guoxuan Hi-Tech released the 2021 annual financial report and the 2022 first quarter financial report.

According to the 2021 financial report, Guoxuan Hi-Tech’s revenue exceeded 10 billion yuan for the first time, reaching 10.356 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 54.01%; the net profit attributable to shareholders of the listed company was 102 million yuan.

In the first quarter of this year, Guoxuan Hi-Tech's revenue reached 3.916 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 203.14%; the net profit attributable to shareholders of the listed company was 32.2 million yuan.

In 2021, Guoxuan Hi-Tech will realize the mass production of 210Wh/Kg lithium iron phosphate battery, 302Wh/Kg ternary battery mass production and loading, 230Wh/Kg lithium iron phosphate battery design and finalization, 360Wh/Kg high energy density semi-solid battery through new National standard safety test.
